In all other sports coaching is seen as a great way to improve your game. The same applies to sailing. Time on the water is not enough, you can improve massively by training in an organised way with a coach briefing, filming, advising and de-briefing you.
Based out of Lymington on the South Coast we have great waters for Coaching and improving your dinghy sailing. Happy to travel to any location you desire - though please note this will add expenses.
We can use on the water headsets to communicate and video for immediate post sailing de-briefing.
My Biography
I have been a professional sailor for nearly twenty years. I have also worked in boat building and rigging at the professional cutting edge of the industry for twenty years, experiencing Americas Cup, Volvo Ocean Race and many top race programs as a sailor, rigger or boat builder.
I qualified as an RYA Level 2 Coach in 2019. I had plenty of previous experience coaching informally previously.
My experience ranges from Dinghy Racing, Keelboat Racing, Yacht Racing to Super Yachts. I have also a huge amount of experience in Blue Water Cruising having completed nearly 40 Atlantic Crossings
